Armed gunmen have shot dead three people in Nigeria’s Plateau state.
Nigeria is still reeling from Sunday’s church bombings that killed at least 40 people.

The militant Islamist group, Boko Haram, said that it was behind the three bomb attacks on Christmas Day.
The group wants to impose a strict interpretation of Islamic law on the entire country and its campaign could revive sectarian violence between the mainly Muslim north and Christian south.
Boko Haram, whose name means “Western education is sin”, has claimed responsibility for scores of attacks in Nigeria, including the August suicide bombing of the UN headquarters in Abuja and a string of bomb blasts on Christmas Eve last year.
