The family of a Florida A&M University band member who died following a hazing incident in Orlando is expected to file a lawsuit against the school, WFTV.com is reporting.
Robert Champion Sr., told an Atlanta television news station that he does not want other families to go through what his family is experiencing with the death of their son.
The drum major became ill following a hazing incident and died at the hospital after the FAMU marching band returned from a performance at the Florida Classic.
