A suicide car bomber has killed at least three people in southern Afghanistan.
A spokesman for the provincial governor of Helmand province said Thursday that some 30 people were wounded in the attack in the city of Lashkar Gah.
The spokesman said the bomber appeared to be targeting NATO vehicles near an aid office.
